Our Shipping Policy

UPS Ground Service - $10.00
Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are estimated to take 1-6 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in 2-9 business days, depending on the final destination.

UPS 2nd Day Air – $35.00
Properly completed orders received prior to 12 p.m. EST will be processed by the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. Customers can expect delivery 2 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 2-4 business days.

UPS Next Day Air Saver – $55.00
Properly completed orders received prior to 7 p.m. EST will be processed by the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. Customers can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customer will receive orders in 1-2 business days. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, unless specifically requested. To ensure Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order, as our shopping cart is not set up to make those calculations.

International Orders
Our shopping cart can only calculate shipping for orders shipped in the United States. Please call 1-800-914-0919 or email us at info@eastwestessentials.com for orders to be shipped outside the United States, or for expedited orders to Alaska or Hawaii.

Tracking Number
We will send an email to the address you provide with a tracking number to let you know when your products or gifts have been shipped. If you have an email filter, please add info@eastwestessentials.com, and QuantumViewNotify@ups.com into your allowed senders email list so you will receive order confirmation and UPS tracking information.
